Compliance with Law 25.326 of the Argentine Republic regarding personal data protection guarantees privacy, respects intimacy, and protects users' Personal Data. It should be clarified that "user" is anyone accessing and/or browsing our website. Any user data entry allowed through the website does not constitute a requirement to browse the website. The receiver of such personal data is PSS, the company that develops the UAS tool, which may use them to build its commercial activity. Likewise, the personal data provided by the user may be used by PSS to elaborate general statistics without identifying the user, preserving their anonymity, making inquiries, or communicating with them.

 

Second

The personal data will be incorporated into the PSS database, being PSS, located in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, responsible for it.

 

Third

The contribution of personal data is optional for the user.

 

Fourth

The user guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data entered through this website and therefore assumes the corresponding responsibility in case they become inaccurate. PSS assumes no responsibility in the event of the inaccuracy of the personal data entered by the user through this website. However, PSS commits to facilitating the editing or deletion of data previously requested by the user.

 

Fifth

The user who enters their data may, at any time, request to be informed of the content of the same and may request the rectifications or deletions that they deem appropriate.

 

Sixth

By visiting the website, the user agrees to the installation, if necessary, of computer devices (cookies) to facilitate the use and communication by the user of our site in future visits and to allow the preparation of statistics.

 

Seventh

The owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to such data free of charge at intervals of not less than six months unless a legitimate interest to that effect is evidenced according to the provisions of section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326 of the República Argentina.

 

Eighth

The DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES, the controlling body of Law No. 25.326 of the República Argentina, is responsible for dealing with complaints and claims filed concerning non-compliance with the rules on protecting personal data.
